Newton has announced the acquisition of Founders Optical Lab.

The combination integrates Newton’s technology with Founders Optical’s service capabilities. Customers will continue to receive service from Founders Optical, now backed by Newton’s resources.

Newton is implementing several enhancements for Founders Optical customers, including elevated rebate programs for Sequel Lenses, an expanded customer service team, and access to Newton's product portfolio including Unity designs and TechShield coatings.

“Our customers are our top priority,” said Danny Perales, COO of Newton. “This acquisition allows us to significantly expand our customer service capabilities and invest in the infrastructure that will elevate the Founders Optical experience.”

Beginning December 1, 2025, Founders Optical credit card processing fees will be 3%. Customers will continue to receive free shipping on standard orders with autopay enrollment.
