Dr. Kay will present expanded long-term durability of patient benefit in patients treated with MCO-010 (sonpiretigene isteparvovec, Mogenry). These data demonstrate that MOGENRY®-dosed patients continue to maintain visual acuity gains long after treatment. Mogenry is the only program to demonstrate sustained restoration of visual acuity with long-term durability, and the BLA for Mogenry has been accepted and filed by the FDA.
