Ingenia Therapeutics announced that its shares have begun trading on the KOSDAQ market. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) marks a significant milestone as the company accelerates the development and global commercialization of its programs in the pipeline.

The company has two main platform technologies: TIE-body, designed to directly activate the vascular stabilization receptor TIE2, and LCIDEC (Ligand Capture & Internalization into Endothelial Cells), designed to stabilize damaged vasculature while enabling the targeted removal of disease-causing proteins.

With the IPO proceeds, Ingenia plans to expedite clinical development across its broader pipeline, including IGT-303 for the treatment of chronic kidney disease (currently in phase 2a), IGT-532 for the treatment of solid tumors (advancing toward clinical trials), and preclinical candidates for glaucoma (IGT-302) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (IGT-627).
