Eversight announced an expansion to its leadership team and named a new member to its Board of Directors.

Collin Ross has been named vice president of Partner Relations & Global Development, overseeing Eversight’s domestic and international partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, government institutions and more. He has been with Eversight since 1997, leading the organization’s international efforts and building collaborative relationships with global partners. Mr. Ross has extensive expertise managing clinical and administrative projects, strategic plans and new programs and service lines. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.

Ryan Simmons has been named vice president of Clinical Services, leading Eversight’s centralized operational departments that work closely with referring healthcare providers, donor families and organ procurement organizations to make possible sight-restoring donation, transplantation and research. He has built innovative forecasting models and led numerous process efficiency initiatives—including artificial intelligence integration—to provide ongoing improvements in service and quality. Mr. Simmons joined Eversight in 2010 and holds a master’s degree in supply chain management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.

Probi Kapur has been named to a three-year term on the Eversight Board of Directors effective Jan. 1, 2022. He is the senior vice president of IT Finance, Sourcing and Portfolio Management at AmerisourceBergen Corporation based in Pennsylvania. Mr. Kapur brings to the board a wealth of finance and business leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. In his career, Mr. Kapur has led the financial operations of R&D, manufacturing, marketing, in-licensing, capital and strategic planning. He holds an MBA from Boston University.
