Euclid Vision announced the launch of My Euclid, a cloud-based platform designed to streamline orthokeratology (Ortho-K) lens fitting, ordering, and patient management for eye care practitioners.

The platform integrates corneal topography data, lens fitting tools, order tracking, and consultation support into a centralized workflow. Practitioners can use Euclid’s three-factor fitting approach or incorporate patient-specific corneal topography data to guide lens selection.

My Euclid is designed for practitioners with varying levels of Ortho-K experience, including those beginning to offer orthokeratology and experienced fitters seeking greater efficiency in managing patients and lens orders. Through its CloudLink plug-in, the platform connects with compatible corneal topography systems, allowing practitioners to upload selected topography data directly into the fitting and ordering workflow, according to a company news release.

Currently supported systems include the Medmont Meridia family and E300 topographers, CSO topographers using Phoenix software, Keratron Scout, Oculus Keratograph, and Oculus Pentacam. The platform can also accommodate data from other topography instruments, with additional direct integrations in development.

According to Euclid, the platform is intended to reduce manual calculations and data entry, improve communication and order tracking, and support greater consistency throughout the fitting process.

The system also maintains clinical consultation oversight. Every lens order submitted through My Euclid is reviewed by the Euclid Consultation Team before manufacturing.

“As Ortho-K continues to play an important role in proactive myopia management, practitioners need technology that fits naturally into the way they care for patients,” said Kip Crecca, senior vice president of Commercial Americas at Euclid.
