EssilorLuxottica announced new enhancements to its Essilor Experts, Essilor Partners and EssilorLuxottica 360 (EL360) programs in the United States. EssilorLuxottica says the enhancements will expand benefits, improve service capabilities and introduce additional business tools designed to help independent eye care professionals grow and stay competitive.

Essilor Experts: Expanded Benefits and Education

The Essilor Experts program has added several new benefits designed to support patient satisfaction and practice growth. Among the updates is the Ultimate Warranty offered at no cost, intended to strengthen patient confidence while improving practice profitability.

Members will also gain access to personalized marketing materials that allow practices to communicate more directly with patients, along with priority customer service at select laboratories for faster and more responsive support. The program also introduces an exclusive lens rebate multiplier for eligible alliance members—including Vision Source, PERC, OptiPort, HEA, CECOP, IDOC and PVG—allowing qualifying practices to increase rebate opportunities as their business grows.

Educational opportunities within the program have also expanded. Members can now access additional Insider events and workshops, Management Development Program tuition grants, and premium access to Leonardo, EssilorLuxottica’s education and training platform.

Practices participating in Essilor Experts will continue to receive prioritized placement on the Essilor Eyecare Professional locator, helping drive patient traffic.

Essilor Partners: Greater Flexibility for Practices

The Essilor Partners program has also been updated to include enriched benefits and greater flexibility for participating practices.

Members who work with Kodak and Shamir brands can now access expanded incentives similar to those available through Essilor Experts. New offerings include the Ultimate Warranty at no cost, personalized marketing materials, and access to the exclusive lens rebate multiplier for eligible alliance members.

The program’s flexible structure is designed to allow practices to tailor participation based on the lens brands and solutions they use.

EL360: A Fully Integrated Growth Platform

EssilorLuxottica has also expanded its EssilorLuxottica 360 (EL360) program, positioning it as a fully integrated partnership platform that combines lenses, frames, laboratory services and innovation into a single offering.

The updated EL360 program introduces several new benefits for enrolled practices, including:

  • A strengthened exclusive lens rebate multiplier for eligible alliance members

  • A new frame replenishment rebate designed to improve practice profitability

  • Further prioritization on the Essilor Eyecare Professional locator to help increase patient traffic
