C. Light Technologies, a new neurotech and AI company that uses retinal eye-tracking to research neurodegeneration and therapeutic efficacy, announced the appointment of Lon Dowell to the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). 

Mr. Dowell brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and leadership for global medical device companies, including Zeiss, Leica, and Topcon, among others. As CCO, Mr. Dowell will lead the company’s commercial strategy including marketing and sales, as well as build business relationships with research organizations, clinicians, and pharma. He will collaborate on the assessment of partnership opportunities to optimize the value of C. Light Technologies’ business in the neurodegenerative and ophthalmic markets.
