Compulink Healthcare Solutions, the creator of Advantage SMART Practice, the EHR and practice management system powered by artificial intelligence (AI), will officially unveil its MyEyeStore e-commerce solution at the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s Annual Meeting from October 12-15, 2019 in San Francisco.
MyEyeStore allows eye care practices to offer their patients the ability to order contact lenses and other recommended products directly from them online, anytime and anywhere. Included with MyEyeStore is a custom-built and branded web store for the practice, along with management of all order processing, tracking, and sending patients order reminders. In addition to providing patients with the convenience of online ordering, MyEyeStore helps increase capture rates and creates new revenue streams for the practice.
“Our MyEyeStore offering is an example of how Compulink continues to lead the industry in expanding our products and services to meet the needs of our clients. We expect this integrated e-commerce solution to increase the capture rate of contact lens re-orders by 25-50%, depending on the practice, and with minimal effort from our clients. MyEyeStore will also allow providers to recommend other retail products for improving patient’s health via this on-line store,” Link Wilson, CEO and product architect for Compulink, said in the news release.
Designed to maximize efficiencies and improve profitability, Compulink’s Ophthalmology Advantage all-in-one solution includes ophthalmology-specific EHR, practice management, optical POS and inventory management, mobile patient engagement, and a comprehensive ASC solution. The company also provides an expert revenue cycle management service for its clients. Advantage is 2015 ONC Certified for MIPS and is used by more than 20,000 providers in over 4,700 locations, 60 ASCs, and 19 universities and colleges.
