Johnson & Johnson Vision has appointed Erin McEachren to the position of Regional Vice President for Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision, EMEA. In this role, Ms. McEachren will lead Johnson & Johnson’s high-performance surgical vision team to address the unmet needs of patients and eye care professionals around the world.
“Erin is an exceptional leader with a strong track record of success and a depth and breadth of experience in commercial leadership, franchise development and sales execution, across Medical Devices and in growth areas, such as robotics. Her addition to the global Surgical Vision Leadership Team strengthens our position at the highest level of our organization,” Warren Foust, Worldwide President, Surgical Vision, said in a company news release. “I look forward to supporting Erin and her team as we build on our successes and look to emerge from the COVID-19 impact period with greater focus, capabilities and optimism for 2020 and beyond.”
Ms. McEachren brings robust leadership experience with proven business success. Most recently she served as Managing Director, Europe at NuVasive. Prior to NuVasive, she was Surgical Business Head, UK & Ireland at Alcon, where she managed and drove P&L in their Cataract, Vitret & Laser Surgery Business.
